Stepping into the Riverview Hotel felt like entering a vintage paradise by the sea. the quaint town's history was palpable in every corner, complemented by the hotel's classic decor. The location was perfect for our romantic escape, with the ferry to Cumberland Island just across the street. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable room with a beautiful view of the river. Despite the firm bed, the ambiance and service made up for it, especially Frankie's helpfulness and the delicious grouper sandwich at the on-site restaurant. the hotel's proximity to various historic points of interest and antique shops provided a charming backdrop to our visit. the soothing porch overlooking the river was a favorite spot to unwind, reminiscent of the digital artworks I love to create. Overall, the Riverview Hotel encapsulated a blend of rustic allure and modern comfort, making it a memorable stay for both adventurous explorations and cozy retreats.
